ING 916X

The ING916X is a Bluetooth Low Energy SoC with Bluetooth 5.3 specification compliance. It integrates INGCHIPS inhouse BLE5.3 IP including Modem, Link Layer Controller and Host. It also integrates a high performance 32bit RISC MCU with DSP and FPU, 512KB Flash, low power PMU, rich Peripherals, high performance and low power BLE RF Transceiver. The transmitter output power ranges from -27dBm to +8dBm, while receiver sensitivity is -102dBm under long range mode and -96dBm under 1M mode.

ING91870CQ is an ultra-low power 32pin, QFN32 4x4 BLE5.1 SoC. It is based on TSMC 40nm process, running at 48MHz clock, with built-in 512KB eFlash and 128KB RAM, and working temperature -40~125℃. It supports indoor positioning, multi-connection and other BLE5.1 features. It is an ideal choice for intelligent automotive applications such as TPMS, Keyless Entry, ETC, BMS etc.
